Now open in San Diego North County: Scripps Ranch Marketplace

San Diego’s North County is now home to Lady Lasagna, an Italian fast food restaurant which offers a multi-regional selection of healthy and "original recipe" lasagna dishes. 

The restaurant, opened in January 2010 in the Scripps Ranch Marketplace mall, and it's Lady Lasagna’s first location.

Lady Lasagna comes to San Diego with a new concept on the traditional Italian Dish. The restaurant offers a variety of traditional Italian food,including of course it's famous lasagnas, hot sandwiches, salads, and traditional italian favorite main courses. All lasagnas, as well as our Fettuccine, are made with homemade pasta sheets and the freshest ingredients straight from Italy. With ten different types of lasagna always available in the store, and a vast selection of flavors available on request, Lady Lasagna is your Lasagna dream place.

And don't forget to check out our selection of homemade dessert, like our signature Ricottina (sweet Lasagna), Strawberry Tiramisu, and Cannolis.

  
 “We came to the realization that most casual Italian food in San Diego came primarily in the form of pizza,” announced Stefano Silvestrini, co-owner of Lady Lasagna. “We came up with the idea of a new kind of lasagna, which is an Italian cultural icon, using the same attributes that made pizza so popular: Easy to prepare, always fresh, tasty, inexpensive, and with a variety of types and toppings.”  

Our Lasagna menu will offer a variety consisting of vegetarian, meat, and seafood, and dessert lasagna (made with ricotta cheese and chocolate). Freshly Italian brewed espresso drinks will also be available.
